Pre-Orders & Cancellation Policy (KanzTCG)

Some products on KanzTCG may be sold as pre-orders. This policy applies to all pre-order purchases and forms a binding part of our Terms & Conditions.

By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1) Pre-Orders

A pre-order is the purchase of a product that is not currently in stock and/or not yet released, and therefore not available for immediate delivery.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• A non-refundable deposit or full payment (as specified on the product page) will be collected at checkout.

• The product will be fulfilled at a future date once available.

• Any release dates, availability dates, or delivery estimates are approximate only and not guaranteed.

• Delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, freight carriers, courier companies, customs authorities, governmental actions, airspace closures, armed conflicts, natural disasters, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond KanzTCG's reasonable control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. KanzTCG will fulfill and dispatch affected pre-orders as soon as reasonably possible once products are received.

2) Cancellation of Pre-Orders

A pre-order may only be cancelled if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• The order has not been fulfilled, processed, allocated, or dispatched.

• The cancellation request is submitted within five (5) calendar days of placing the order.

• The cancellation request is submitted more than five (5) calendar days prior to the official product release date.

Cancellation requests that do not meet ALL criteria above will be automatically rejected.

3) Non-Cancellable Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are strictly non-cancellable under any of the following circumstances:

• Five (5) or more calendar days have elapsed since the order was placed.

• The cancellation request is made within five (5) calendar days of the product release date.

• The order has been fulfilled, processed, allocated, or dispatched.

• The product has been ordered and/or allocated specifically to the customer.

Once a pre-order becomes non-cancellable, it is considered a final sale.

4) Refunds & Returns

• Approved cancellations (where eligible) may be refunded at our sole discretion to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

• All fulfilled pre-orders are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

• No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Delays outside of KanzTCG's reasonable control.

  • Supplier or manufacturer production delays.

  • Shipping, customs, force majeure, or transportation delays beyond KanzTCG's reasonable control.

5) Delays, Changes & Unavailability

KanzTCG reserves the right to:

• Modify expected release, arrival, allocation, fulfillment, or delivery dates without prior notice.

• Cancel a pre-order if the product becomes unavailable or discontinued.

If fulfillment becomes impossible, any refund, store credit, or alternative resolution will be determined solely at our discretion, and such resolution shall constitute full and final settlement.

6) Customer Acknowledgment & Responsibility

By placing a pre-order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

• Pre-orders involve inherent uncertainty and potential delays.

• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are subject to change.

• It is the customer's responsibility to review all pre-order terms before purchase.

• Failure to read or understand this policy does not exempt the customer from its terms.

سياسة الطلبات المسبقة والإلغاء (KanzTCG)

قد تُعرض بعض المنتجات في KanzTCG كطلبات مسبقة. تشكل هذه السياسة جزءًا ملزمًا من الشروط والأحكام، وتطبق على جميع عمليات شراء الطلبات المسبقة.

بإتمام الطلب المسبق، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت هذه السياسة وفهمتها ووافقت عليها.

1) الطلبات المسبقة

الطلب المسبق هو شراء منتج غير متوفر حاليًا في المخزون و/أو لم يتم إطلاقه بعد، وبالتالي لا يتوفر للتسليم الفوري.

وبإتمام الطلب المسبق، فإنك توافق وتقر بما يلي:

• سيتم تحصيل دفعة غير قابلة للاسترداد أو المبلغ كاملًا (حسب ما هو موضح في صفحة المنتج) عند إتمام الدفع.

• سيتم تنفيذ الطلب في تاريخ لاحق عند توفر المنتج.

• جميع تواريخ الإصدار أو التوفر أو التسليم هي تقديرية وليست مضمونة.

• أي تأخير ناتج عن الشركة المصنعة أو الموردين أو شركات الشحن أو شركات النقل أو الجهات الجمركية أو القرارات الحكومية أو إغلاق المجالات الجوية أو النزاعات المسلحة أو الكوارث الطبيعية أو حالات القوة القاهرة أو أي ظروف أخرى خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة لـ KanzTCG لا يُعد سببًا يخول العميل إلغاء الطلب أو المطالبة باسترداد المبلغ، وسيقوم KanzTCG بتنفيذ وشحن الطلبات المتأثرة في أقرب وقت ممكن بعد استلام المنتجات.

2) إلغاء الطلبات المسبقة

لا يجوز إلغاء الطلب المسبق إلا عند تحقق جميع الشروط التالية:

• ألا يكون الطلب قد تم تنفيذه أو معالجته أو تخصيصه أو شحنه.

• تقديم طلب الإلغاء خلال خمسة (5) أيام تقويمية من تاريخ إنشاء الطلب.

• تقديم طلب الإلغاء قبل أكثر من خمسة (5) أيام تقويمية من تاريخ الإصدار الرسمي للمنتج.

أي طلب إلغاء لا يستوفي جميع الشروط أعلاه سيتم رفضه تلقائيًا.

3) الطلبات غير القابلة للإلغاء

تُعد الطلبات المسبقة غير قابلة للإلغاء نهائيًا في الحالات التالية:

• مرور خمسة (5) أيام تقويمية أو أكثر على إنشاء الطلب.

• تقديم طلب الإلغاء خلال خمسة (5) أيام تقويمية من تاريخ الإصدار الرسمي.

• تنفيذ الطلب أو معالجته أو تخصيصه أو شحنه.

• طلب المنتج أو تخصيصه خصيصًا للعميل.

بمجرد أن يصبح الطلب المسبق غير قابل للإلغاء، يُعتبر بيعًا نهائيًا.

4) الاسترداد والإرجاع

• يجوز، وفق تقدير KanzTCG المطلق، استرداد قيمة الإلغاءات المعتمدة (عند استحقاقها) إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو إصدار رصيد متجر.

• جميع الطلبات المسبقة التي تم تنفيذها تخضع لسياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد.

• لا يتم تقديم أي استرداد في الحالات التالية:

  • تغيير الرأي.

  • التأخير الخارج عن السيطرة المعقولة لـ KanzTCG.

  • تأخر الإنتاج من المورد أو الشركة المصنعة.

  • التأخير الناتج عن الشحن أو الجمارك أو القوة القاهرة أو النقل خارج السيطرة المعقولة لـ KanzTCG.

5) التأخيرات والتعديلات وعدم التوفر

يحتفظ KanzTCG بالحق في:

• تعديل تواريخ الإصدار أو الوصول أو التخصيص أو تنفيذ الطلب أو التسليم المتوقعة دون إشعار مسبق.

• إلغاء الطلب المسبق إذا أصبح المنتج غير متوفر أو تم إيقاف إنتاجه.

إذا أصبح تنفيذ الطلب مستحيلًا، فإن أي استرداد أو رصيد متجر أو حل بديل سيتم تحديده وفق تقدير KanzTCG المطلق، ويُعد هذا الحل تسوية نهائية وكاملة.

6) إقرار العميل ومسؤوليته

بإتمام الطلب المسبق، يقر العميل ويوافق صراحةً على ما يلي:

• أن الطلبات المسبقة تتضمن بطبيعتها احتمالية حدوث تأخير أو ظروف غير متوقعة.

• أن أوصاف المنتجات وصورها ومواصفاتها قابلة للتغيير.

• أن مسؤولية العميل مراجعة جميع شروط الطلب المسبق قبل الشراء.

• أن عدم قراءة هذه السياسة أو عدم فهمها لا يعفيه من الالتزام بها.
