When will my order be delivered?

In-stock orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days inside Saudi Arabia.

Delivery time may vary depending on the courier, city, address accuracy, weekends, public holidays, and courier delays.

Pre-order products will be shipped after the official release date or once the stock arrives at KanzTCG. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items are available unless arranged otherwise.

Can I return my product?

Returns are handled according to KanzTCG's Return & Refund Policy.

To be eligible for return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Opened sealed products, card singles, grading submissions, custom art items, and special-order/pre-order items may not be eligible for return unless there is an issue with the order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact KanzTCG as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the outer package, shipping label, packaging materials, and the damaged item.

We will review the case and assist you based on KanzTCG's shipping, return, and refund policies.
